Recipe for Pikl’ed Whiskey Cocktail



  • ¾ ounce (1 1/2 Tbsp.) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ ounce (1 Tbsp.) dill pickle juice
  • Drizzle honey
  • Drizzle sriracha sauce
  • 1 ½ ounces (3 Tbsp.) Irish whiskey
  • Ice cubes


In a cocktail shaker:

  • Combine lime juice & Pickle brine
  • Honey & sriracha
  • Stir to dissolve the honey
  • Add whiskey and ice cubes; cover and shake until very cold
  • Strain into a cocktail glass.
